Fees and Attendance

Fees can be paid weekly, half term or full term (in advance). Fees must be paid by direct deposit. Cash on the day is acceptable. A receipt will be emailed to you.

Sessions run during school terms (about 40 weeks per year) and may also be conducted during school holiday periods.

All scheduled sessions throughout the school term must be paid for. If your child cannot attend exceptionally due to illness, a make-up session will be booked at a time that is convenient for yourself and the tutor, either face-to-face or online.


Unless students fall suddenly ill, which does happen occasionally, we require at least a 24-hour-notice. You can do so by phoning or texting us on 0434 713 732

You are required to attend each session on the date and time that you have booked, noting that each session can be rescheduled by you at least 24 hours prior to any session commencing. 

Sessions deemed to be a "no-show", "failure to attend" or cancelled with less than 24 hour-notice will attract a full fee: our tutors have planned their day around their tutoring commitments and would otherwise have been teaching another student at that time. 

The session fee should be paid in accordance with the agreed rates and the selected payment method. Failure to do so means that Your Tutor in Armidale will not provide future Sessions or Services.

When a session is unable to be held at the booked day and time by a tutor, the tutor will reschedule the session where possible, at a time that is convenient for yourself and the tutor.
